Ongoing administration will be required with any DSE software solution, with the most important task for any company looking to comply with DSE regulations is to keep user data up-to-date. Other important tasks include managing the ongoing software roll-out programme, preparing and sending management reports to key personnel and making customisation changes to the system as required.
Whilst ErgoWize has been designed to make the system administration as easy as possible, some organisations prefer us to manage some or all of these tasks for them, either initially or on an ongoing basis.
This does free up Health & Safety staff to concentrate fully on resolving the DSE related risks.

Our remote service includes:
- Fully outsourced training and/or assessment programme
- Remote management
- Employee data management
- Dedicated support service on O-LAS
Remote service days can be brought singularly for £500 per day or for £350 per day when ordered in a batch of six or more at any one time. Days brought in a batch can be spread out and called upon at any point throughout the contract period.
